4. Customer needs to download & register on the Central Wallet powered by the Future Pay App with the mobile number provided during billing to the cashier, on or before 6th August, 2017 to avail this offer.
5. It is not mandatory for a customer to pay by Central Wallet to avail this offer.
6. On spends of Rs. 3,000 (net value) and above, customer will receive maximum Rs. 3,000 (Rs.300 x 10 months) of total wallet Credit in their Future Pay Central Wallet.
7. Offer will be valid once, per mobile number during the offer period.
8. Monthly Wallet Credit will only be given in the Central Wallet on the mobile number provided by the customer at the time of billing.
9. The 1st month wallet credit of Rs.300 will be added to the central wallet on 10th Aug’17. Remaining 9 months wallet credit will be added on 1st of every following month starting Sep’17 till May’18.
10. There is no minimum shopping condition to redeem the Rs.300 monthly wallet credit.
11. Rs 300 monthly wallet credit can be redeemed on any product of your choice at Central stores across India.
12. For redemption, monthly wallet credit from more than one mobile number cannot be clubbed/redeemed under one bill.
13. Unused monthly wallet credit amount will expire at the end of each month.

15. Monthly wallet Credit in Central Wallet worth Rs. 300 can only be redeemed at Central Stores. It cannot be used at any other stores.
16. In case Rs. 3,000 and above payment is done partially or fully by credit note, the offer will not be applicable.
17. Offer is not applicable on T24 Recharge, loading your Central Wallet, or on purchase of gift vouchers.

19. Future Pay and Central Wallet Terms & Conditions will apply to the money in the Central Wallet.
20. Central Wallet can only be accessed via the Future Pay App. The Future Pay App can be downloaded from Google Play Store or Apple Store.
21. Exchange will be done from 7th Aug’17 & Credit note will be issued for the amount paid if particular product is not available at the time of exchange.                      
22. Any dispute should be referred to the Company & the decision of the Company shall be final.
23. All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
