The trimmer was USED! And the clip was Broken!
To be clear, I already have one Havells trimmer and its great. So, I thought I'd buy another one, but never did I expect this...For starters, the box was torn, mishapen and looked very dusty and old. It was held together by tape. Once I opened it, I saw that the clip/comb of the trimmer was already broken, rendering the trimmer useless.Worst of all, the trimmer was dirty, like it had already been used by someone. It looks like trimmed hair is on the machine! Obviously, that means that someone has already used it. Absolutely disgusting!To be clear, Havells has made a great trimmer, but I'm giving 1 star due to the clear negligence from the Seller to do their due diligence. Re-packaging old and used products to be sold as brand new ones, is simply unacceptable! Especially with trimmers.

Unlike the silly Mi trimmer that has a kilometer long leading edge of the comb that makes trimming moustaches impossible, this one has one of the shortest ones - so thats also covered.
But where it all fall apart is in the gap between the leading and trailing comb-teeth. They are so far away that when you trim the moustache its pretty much impossible to get the length right since the upper lip keeps "slipping" into the huge gap in the comb. This also happens when you are trimming your beard and are moving from the neck up into the face via the jaw. The jaw gets into the huge gap and the length is off - you end up with patches of skin where the cut is too short. I am not saying its impossible to use this trimmer - I am saying that it takes concentration. One second of careless movement and you have a short patch.
What a disaster of a comb design.
Do people never use/test the design before mass producing these items?
