    Packing was good but, first one was good but one tubelight of the pack of 2 turned out to be defective after first was fitted. Now I am being asked to provide both for replacement which means double labour for electrician.
    Attitude of amazon is perplexing since first I was told a replacement would be provided without any need of exchange but the delivery person asked for both.Then the replacement was shown as delivered while he did not.Amazon may please resolve.The amount involved is not much but creates doubt regarding integrity of seller and quality ensurance of Amazon.
