    First time I'm using Havells product and can say kinda satisfied with everything. It's heating plate is so quick, it gets heated in 30-35 seconds. It takes less time to heat but some minutes to cool down. It's design is soo good and very handy, doesn't feel like very heavy or broad to hold in hands. The power cord is long enough. I got this within 2days after i placed the order. Giving it 4 stars because I haven't used it yet so can't say what it do with straightening the hair. All in all, a good purchase. 🫰🏻Thanks Amazon!
