Got Old, Scratched Lighter in Open Packet
The packet was OPEN on top and then stuck back again with a normal sticking tape. The lighter was all scratched and there was a burnt/ broken mark also. It does not look new at all, and I am not sure it is genuine. Regarding working, will update after using.
