This was the first time i bought usha item. I was really disappointed. The steam iron was leaking water on all sides. The non stick sole plate is a joke, i cannot iron with it, it is very sticky and i was Afraid my clothes would stick to it. I Used Bajaj steam iron with no problems for almost two years. I made a mistake by buying usha, should have gone for Bajaj or Phillips. So please hear me out don't buy this item there is no refund for this product only replacement. I wasted money. Iam Never gonna buy usha item of any kind in the future.
