I Got defective product but got my refund back very late
When you think about dell and flipkart ,it means quality ....but i Got defective product ,I called customer care they first rejected my replacement request , then their technical executive called me after five days in conference call with dell guys , they tried to resolve the problem online but they found hardware problem, then they accept the refund request ........its took 15 days for whole process .
Now i wanted to buy the same product again but now they have increased the price of this pr...
