The product does the job its intended for, but there is scaling issue on heating element even if you use filtered municipal corporation water. Over the time as scaling will increase on the heating element it will start losing the efficiency and the intended function of boiling will get impacted. Company is not ready to accept the issue. Amazon delivered the pack in worst condition with open pack (no tamper proof packing used), and upon opening the instruction manual is missing, and Amazon India is not ready to aceept their issue.
