    Purchased my teenage son an expensive, wireless, gaming headset (more than double the price of this), and he used it once. He said there were too many variables to it, and to balance the different gaming sounds detracted from playing the games. I could relate. To me it's like an article of clothing that looks great on display, but once you get it home it has too many requirements - buttons, a collar you have to adjust, and just too many busy parts. So, from there we went to under $50 headsets which worked great, but ended up with frayed cords. In about 6 months, he went through 3 of those headsets.

    So, I purchased this because the cord is advertised as being braided and reviewers here and elsewhere indicated it did not bend and get frayed. I would have been happy if it had the same sound qualitiy as the other headset that was fraying - but with the better cord. As it turns out, the sound (according to my son) is excellent; the ear cups are very comfortable; and the device itself is lightweight. One issue with the wireless expensive headset is my son said it is heav(ier) and the ear cups not comfortable.

    Highly recommend this.

    Very comfortable and sound quality is GREAT for me. Retractable MIC works great as well. CORTANA on WINDOWS 10 recognizes my voice well using this MIC.

    Would definitely buy again!

    I got the headset and the box is squeezed at both end as if it had been opened quite a few times or really stored badly in the shop or wherever. Pulled the platic case out from the box and the top cover is also crumpled as if it had been haphazardly opened/closed a number of times. The mold case is also crumpled in a number of areas that makes me really doubt this is a NEW headset. The sound itself is working but too treble sounding for me. Thinking of returning this as i am slightly disappointed on the quality.
