Sturdiness with USB 3.0 speed
It's a great product. super fast, super strong and looks good too. A bit bigger than your traditional WD External Drives, but that's due to the 3 layer protection.

Good Space
This has good space and will be used for 5 years with a lot of personal films and pictures. A good ROI on Rs 9000. It is cheaper than 256 GB pen drive. I have not tested the technical specifications. But Transcend products are without defects. I have used the 1 TB and 1.5 TB to my satisfaction.

Never Buy this - Strongly recommend for losing data
I got royally screwed on this. The product failed to read on the last day of warranty. Transcend will not support and they themselves not sure how to retrieve lost data. When called they asked to use third party sotware and try. This is just a Piece of glorious colorful sh i t. If you want to lose all your TB data shortly, I strongly recommend buying this.

poor service from transcend
HDD that I got worn out in 2 months. When I went to transcend service centre at coimbatore they said it will take months for replacement.
they said that they have products pending for replacement for past 2 years.
whereas other manufacturers used to replace within a month.
