First, the product was not in the amazon packing and neither had amazon sealing. I got shoes directly in woodland box sealed with cello tape. Second, though the sandals were of my size but when walking after wearing it, my feet were slipping outside of it. It felt like alignment of straps are not right. Not comfy at all and very heavy if you are only looking for home/basic purpose slippers.
