Maxima is making customer fool by given old and used products.
Today I have received maxima max pro hero Black colour smartwach. When I going to open the package, I found the the package is opened earlier and pasted by cello tape only. But when I opened the full parcel i have shocked. The product have scratches from top to bottom. It's look light very old and used products. The screen have big scratch mark. The dial have rust in sideways and back side. There is one big dent and many scratches in sillicon straps. Even the watch is not working. Who is responsible for this? Please explain #maximaI didn't understand, why the maxima company is playing with the customers money, emotions and time. I want fully refundable amount from the company as soon as possible. Is this the way to making customer fool.

UI feels laggy due to lack of 60hz refresh rate, color looks pixalated when upload customize watch faces. small bug also present, touch not so smooth.. although the watch is usable.. in 1300-1800 u will get some really good watches during sales.. also the app is copied from tagg watch
