Easy to assemble. Although, there were few pieces of stray plastic sticking out of the joints. But you can easily take care of that with a cutter.

Stands stable. And can handle a good amount of weight.
I bought it for 240rs. Most other products of the same category are >500rs.
Perfect stand for my hostel room.
