Worth the money
Cons:
1)The alumnium and the bottom plastic part of my keyboard had not been screwed tightls the lights leaked through it.. you could see in the pic I added.(I think it was only with my peice anyway it's not much noticable. So It doesn't bother me much)

Not recommended at all
Flipkart says this product has 1 year warranty but HP's official website says it doesn't recognize the serial number or even the product number, heck the box they provide to fill in the serial number takes only 15 characters but the serial number printed on the sticker on my keyboard has 17 characters.
HP just gets these products from china and slaps their logo on it and sell...

Cons: Fit and finish is poor..in some places there are gaps between the top grey(metalic?) and bottom plastic part..the fonts are hard to read when the light is off however if you always leave the light on then its not a problem..and it neither feels nor sounds like a mechanic...
