Got this last week. The delivery was fast, got the bag well packaged with the warranty card inside. I have to disagree with the previous post saying it can only carry 10-12 kg. I could comfortably put in around 18 kgs of luggage. This is however not a cabin bag (you might want to look at 55cm bags for cabin luggage as this is way bigger). I needed a bigger one to carry a suit, shirt and shoes around comfortably when I travel to interviews abroad and this has enough space to easily do that.

The MRP of product was 9600. Bought it in deal price of 3849. I have bought other American Tourister luggage in the past but had much better quality. Seems to me that the MRP is inflated to show higher discounts.

Pros:
Fabric is good.
Smooth Chain.

Cons:
The pullout handle does not seem very strong.
The Inside and the outside pocket on the flap is separated by a very thin sheet. Usually there is a card board like partition.
Lock plastic seems weaker than usually observed on AT luggages.

Really loved the finish, though quality of zippers and lock is not as good as Samsonite (seems cheap plastic, not sure how long it will last). The size is the best part for a longish trip - Not as big as full height suitcase, definitely bigger than cabin baggage. Must have if you only have full size or cabin baggage - this is the perfect intermediate size. And price is amazing.
