Ingredients:

‎Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Sugar, Rice Flour, Soya Flour, Edible Vegetable Oil (Palm), Baking Powder, Dextrose, Iodized Salt, Raising Agents (INS500(ii), INS341(i)), Milk Solids, (Anticaking Agents (INS170(i))

Directions:

1. WHISK together all ingredients until blended in a bowl. 2. Heat a frying pan or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil. POUR approximately 45ml i.e. 1/4th cup of batter onto hot pan. 3. Cook until pancakes are dry around edges and bubbles can be seen on them. FLIP and cook on th other side until golden brown. CUSTOMIZE and SERVE hot with maple syrup or honey or toppings of your choice ( fruits, chocolate, jams etc)

The versatile and yummy Betty Crocker Pancake mix is the quick fix for all time breakfast. Easy to make in 4 simple steps, these buttery and creamy pancakes are a treat when served with your favourite toppings like maple syrup, honey, fruits, jam and chocolate spread. With the goodness of milk, you get nutrition as well as the creamy softness. Just add some water to the mixture, pour, flip for pancakes. Equally easy is it to make waffles and crepes.

STEP 1: MIX

Mix all the ingredients together until uniformly blended.

STEP 2: POUR

Heat a pan over medium flame and lightly grease. Pour 1/4th of the pancake batter onto the pan.

STEP 3: FLIP

Cook the pancake for 1 minute until bubbles appear and the edges begin to dry. Flip and cook the other side as well.

STEP 4: SERVE

Serve with the toppings of your choice.

Pancakes

Waffles

1. Heat the waffle maker.

2. Beat 270g ( 2 cups) of the pancake mix, 350ml( 2 1/3 cups) of milk, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil with a fork or wire whisk until smooth. Pour into the centre of the greased.

3. Bake for about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. 270g( 2cups) of pancake mix will make 6 waffles(approx.)

4. Serve with maple syrup, fruits or ice cream of your choice.

Crepes

1. Add milk to the pancake mix and stir well.

2. Heat a nonstick pan over medium flame. For each crepe, pour 2 tablespoons of batter into the skillet; rotate the pan until the batter covers the bottom.

3. Cook until the bottom is golden. Turn and cook the other side until golden brown. Stack crepes as removed from the pan, placing butter paper between each.

4. Fold each Crepe into quarters. Place 2 crepes on each plate. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar. Garnish with chopped fruits and caramel topping.
