We had bought the Duroflex mattress last year (in August 23).
The mattress sagged within one pintu of usage. The company debited giving replacement or repair, saying that sagging from sideways is not covered under the policy. We can't find this clause anywhere in the policy.
Please DO NOT buy Duroflex mattresses ever.
The attached pics and video clearly shows the level of sagging.
PATHETIC QUALITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
