6 Months Warranty, Sattva warrants the product to be free from manufacturing defects for 3 days from the date of delivery. This means that any manufacturing defect such as faulty zipper or Velcro or broken handles need to be claimed for warranty within 3 days from the date of delivery. Should the product be defective, Sattva will repair the product at no charge to the owner. This is an offsite warranty, which means all products must be brought in to our factory. Please bring along your purchase invoice or receipt. For larger bean bags, a collection and delivery service can be arranged at a cost. This warranty does not cover: Products which have been subjected to abuse, accident, alteration or modification, tampering, negligence, misuse, or lack of reasonable care Damage due to act of God, or cosmetic damage Sattva reserves the right to decide on all questions relating to complaints as a result of manufacturing defect or material, and final decision will lie with the Sattva management.
