Important information

Ingredients:

Sugar, Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Baking Powder, Dextrose, Edible Vegetable Oil (Palm), Emulsifiers & Stabilizers (INS477, INS471, INS415), Corn Starch, Iodized Salt, Raising Agent (INS341(i))

Directions:

1. Pre-heat oven to 1700C 2. Mix: In a bowl, empty contents of pack, water, oil and eggs. Mix with spoon for 2 minutes till no lumps are seen in the batter. 3. Pour: Spread a few drops of vegetable oil or butter in baking pan and grease well. Pour batter till 3/4th height of the pan 4. Bake: Put pan in pre-heated oven and bake for 30-35 mins. Or Microwave for 4-5 mins. 5. Cool: Remove from oven when a knife inserted in cake comes out clean. Let cake cool in pan for 30 minutes. Scrape the sides with a knife and flip the cake onto a plate. Decorate and enjoy!

Made amazing funfetti unicorn cupcakes with this for my daughter's birthday and she and everyone else loved them! Soft, delicious and tasty! Make exactly as shown on the box. DON'T substitute milk for water or melted butter for oil because that leads to uneven baking and burns the edges, as I found when I substituted the original recipe! Note, the funfetti isn't provided with the cake mix, it's just plain vanilla and you can customize it to your preference. Add flavour essence, food colours, fruit, nuts, or cocoa powder and you can make any cake your heart desires! Pricey considering the low quantity (I got 10 cupcakes from 1 box when I thinned down the batter), but worth it. Better than Betty Crocker! Highly recommended!
