    I have curly hair which are quite thin in volume. I thought while buying this product that this is an upper bracket straightener from Phillips thus performance would be good than the lesser price products.

    But to my wonder this straighter did straight hairs once and immediately after 5-10 minutes i can see so many waves in the hair which looks like these are never been straightened..

    I raised complaint to Amazon for the return but they refused taking it back saying return is lapsed / over due by 1 day so i've to contact Phillips as product has 2 year warranty.

    So much hassle and product value is too high that makes me confuse now as its a total loss deal
    pls any one suggest me what is the way out to return it
